Executive Director’s Note


                    On behalf of BIRDS, I thank all the supporters, Individual donors, Donor organizations,
                    Government of Andhra Pradesh, Government of Telangana and Government of India for
                    supporting BIRDS during 2022.

                    We are also very much thankful to the below Donors/Individuals for their kind support
                    to BIRDS during 2022‐23. Late Mother Doris Scarph/Family through UPC (PC USA)‐ “Core
                    Program”  (Work  at  Head  office  Nandyal,  Farmers  training  center, DORIS community
                    health center, Shearer & Eleanor’s boarding home’s (Boys and Girls) BIRDS Pre – Primary
                    School, BIRDS Primary School, BIRDS High school, BIRDS Vocational Junior College and
                    general administration of BIRDS) Dr. George Feldman supported (outreach/community
                    health work) Dr Ginny Feldman & Dr Hanna Blaney have supported through SHELTER
                    INTERNATIONAL for Widows program on Sanitary Napkins program, PHP ‐ Presbyterian
                    Hunger Program for WASH and issues of small & marginal farmers, FINN Family (Sports
                    for boys and girls at BIRDS schools / College. Initiative Eine Welt E V from Wasserburg
                    Germany  Eva  Schupp  and  Raimund  Arnold  for  child  rights  /  education  and  with  the
                    Support of Individual to BIRDS on various program especially thankful to Mr Bill Shearer
                    and Jill Turner have supported the BIRDS for overall development. We are also thankful
                    to Dr. Manzoor & Mr. Amrit Pal from ICRISAT for giving an opportunity to BIRDS to do
                    study on Insurance at Mahabubnagar and Medak district in TS.
